Chancellor Merkel’s open door to Third World migrants in 2015 has resulted in a boon for anti-rape wearable technology.
A bitter experience brought the entrepreneur Sandra Seilz (42) on the idea to better protect women from sexual assault.
While jogging, she was attacked by three drunken men trying to rip her pants off. The courageous intervention of a passerby prevented worse. “I wanted to develop a garment that would make women around the world feel safer,” says Seilz.
