These are the second and third German cities in Lower Saxony to refuse “refugees”.

Die Welt (translated):

Niedersachsen extends a ban on the entry to the cities of Delmenhorst and Wilhelmshaven.

Recognized refugees may no longer settle in these communities in the future.

The so-called lag-adapted residence edition is intended to prevent problems during integration.
